The problem is that this woman could have been a progtard plant to embarrass Romney or to perhaps cause him to slip up and say something he shouldn’t. Conservatives have to be very wary of infiltration of GOP gatherings (just like those at Tea Party rallies) designed to further divide the opposition to Obama. We have to play this *really* smart.

Afterwards, as he shook hands along the rope line, the New York Times’ Ashley Parker asked Romney if he agreed with the woman’s comment regarding a “treason” sentence for Obama. “No, of course not,” the candidate said.

One of the reasons people have no faith in Romney; he has no guts! If he doesn’t think there have been treasonous acts committed by this administration, what can we expect from him?

I do think Obama is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. But in Romney’s defense, a comment from Romney that indicated that he thought Ozero is guilty of treason would galvanize blacks, guilty whites, and lefties who need a reason to get out of their hammock in the morning. I’m relieved that Romney is sticking to his “it’s the economy” emphasis.

You are so right Ferd…it would be political suicide for anyone to say yes obama is treasonous, even though he is!! And the talk about the economy is the winning topic. Many understand that it is in the toilet, while many don’t delve deep enough intellectually to know if obama should be tried for treason…especially those wearing coke bottle rose-colored glasses….just sayin’

Romney could have given a politicians reply that the finding on that must come from Congress (or somewhere); he didn’t have to give a flat out “no” — that disappointed me.

    • “One of the reasons people have no faith in Romney; he has no guts!”

Sorry, I haven’t heard that outside of the democrats pushing the idea; if that is common talk coming from republicans it isn’t something I had heard.

Perhaps that’s coming from only me–that Romney has no guts. He needs to get some with the debates coming up. I will vote for Romney but being too nice will not get him the election. With his opponent lieing everytime he opens his mouth or distorting the facts, Romney better be willing to call him out on them. One reason Christy is popular is that he doesn’t mince words. If the race is to be close, with a socialist company is Spain doing the counting, Romney will lose hands down. He must get more aggressive where facts and adherence to the Constitution are concerned. IMO, this will not be a race for the nice guy to win. Just my feeling.

White House Declines To Comment On Union Leader’s Anti-Tea Party Rhetoric At Labor Day Rally

Despite President Obama’s repeated claims to change the tone in Washington, the White House had no comment this afternoon after Teamsters Union leader James Hoffa, speaking at an event before President Obama, said of Tea Party activists that, come November, Democrats should “take these sons of bitches out.”

Obama can’t even get all the votes in the Democratic primary in West Virginia

Federal Inmate Keith Judd Receiving Sizable Percent of Vote in West Virginia Democratic Primary
Barack Obama was not the only Democrat on the ballot on Tuesday in West Virginia’s Democratic Presidential Primary. Keith Judd – also known as Inmate No. 11593-051 at the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas – was running against him.
Judd, who is serving out a 17.5 year sentence for extortion, currently has received 40 percent of the vote, with 83 percent of precincts reporting, according to The Associated Press. Obama currently has received 60 percent of the vote.
