Good Morning Katz. Hoping all are well and rested after yesterday. A difficult day to be sure. I thought being busy would help today, so I said “self” why not make a post about “Lists”, I love lists, they help me keep myself organized.Today is a list of lists, for political examination, and comprehension. Little facts I would like to see reported over and over again until November, which of course will never happen in the MSM, so I will do it here and hope it grows and blossoms out into the world. (Fly little birds, be free). I know I sound a little nuts this morning, everyone probably with a thinking mind, spine and sense of country probably is still reeling. What has always worked for me is to get busy, when I get down. Yesterday we ended with a bloody battlefield, and the need to regroup, refocus, re-energize.  In the midst of feeling sorry for myself and all who opposed the Taxed for Living bill a.k.a. Affordable care act, I thought about the real physical battles and the mental acuity required of those battles during our Revolutionary War, I stopped feeling sorry for myself when reminded just how hard it is and will always be to hold onto freedom. The very least I can do, is expand on what I do, which is work to regain our freedoms out of the gaping maw of the government machine; which requires all of our elected officials to be present, and to hold them accountable for their actions, particularly this administration and that Pathological Liar in the White House who has the title of President, when he should be addressed as Your Royal Highness~as “Your Tyrantness” is not a real title. So a little help with this post if you feel so inclined would be great. I’ve started it with direct links to what I have found so far; take a  deep breath, it’s like the face slapping from yesterday all over again, when you compare the lists, think of the SERFS who choose to do their masters bidding, and try to reason why. Let it go my friends, insanity has no component for reasonable justification; and I don’t know about you but I don’t want to live in the head of an Obama supporter to understand what pathetic lack of self they suffer from to need believe he has replaced Jesus Christ.

Here are the lists I have found for now with some requests for others I am looking for, from this exercise I think we can create our own Katz political message. Are you in? Think of it as a way of creating a digital protest; all admissions and entry’s will be given full credit when the video is created, or omitted if you wish. Hang on, hold on, stand together, tall.

As Deputy Attorney General, Holder, as The Washington Post explained, “was the gatekeeper for presidential pardons.” Indeed, Holder was a key figure entrusted with the task of vetting the Clinton administration’s 176 last-minute pardons in January 2001. The beneficiaries of those pardons included such notables as former Weather Underground members Susan Rosenberg (who was involved in the deadly 1981 armed robbery of a Brink’s armored car) and Linda Evans (who had used false identification to buy firearms, harbored a fugitive, and was in possession of 740 pounds of dynamite at the time of her arrest in 1985).

In an October 20th Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, and again with reporters the following day, Eric Holder denied that Reno was referring to the same FALN terrorists whose pardons he had worked so long and hard to secure. Yet when Holder was asked to identify whom Reno was in fact talking about, he responded as follows:

“I don’t know, no, I don’t know that. We might be able to get you some more information on that, but, I mean, you know, there were certain people who are due to be released, or who were at least eligible for parole, had a release date in the next, as I said, three, four years. I don’t know exactly who they were. Maybe—we might be able to get you that information.”

Neither Holder nor the Justice Department ever provided any additional names.

“All told, 1,231 companies applied for and received waivers from the law’s restrictions on annual benefit caps,” Baker writes. “The law requires plans to gradually raise their benefit limits, and all annual limits will become illegal in 2014. Companies that received waivers can keep their caps intact until 2014.”

When added together, the healthcare waivers excuse about 4 million people, or about 3 percent of the population, from having to participate, HHS said.

    Great Article Kat …Although not the thing I enjoy waking up too….
    Wow and I thought with my smaill meager income i wasnt doing too bad…(got the earned income tax credit last year).
    Guess I going to have to figure out some way to survive that isn’t considered living so I dont get taxed.

    Yet the good news is that this have infused people against Obama. Romney’s capaign took in around 3.5 million yesterday…

    • Sorry about pointing out what tis administration is doing to our incomes, Kin. Maybe we can all claim “zombie”, or Vampire, under our professions for taxes, as neither are considered actually alive. :)

    Democrats began their assault on our well-being by claiming that 45 million people needed access to care-then 30 million-then 14 million. In the meantime, 16 million? people lost their jobs and insurance, while Obama’s national debt hit 16 trillion dollars.
    There are automatic cuts coming to the defense budget in December, as private foundations are supporting and providing for soldiers who have been seriously wounded while protecting this country.
    Some writers have explained Chief Justice Roberts’ defection to the left on Arizona’s immigration law by claiming that a 4/4 tie(Kagan recused) let stand the lower court ruling which left Arizona with nothing. Perhaps, but being “sitting ducks” is not a preferable option.
    Every legal statute that progresses through the court system was written by elected officials. Isn’t that their supposed function? Isn’t the function of the Court to interpret the legislation, not rewrite it to achieve a result?
